  • How long have you been in business?

    Since 1984, over 35 years. We are one of the oldest wholly owned maid service companies in the area.

  • Are you a licensed company?

    Yes. We are licensed by the city of Pasadena for over 35 years and we are an active member of the Chamber of Commerce.

  • Do you come to my home or business for an estimate?

    Yes, we will come to your home or office at your convenience.

  • Do you charge for an estimate?

    No. We never charge for an estimate.

  • How long does the estimate take?

    Roughly 15 to 20 minutes to assess your estimate.

  • How many employees will you send to my home?

    Typically we send a team of three professionally trained team members.

  • Are your employees English speaking?

    Yes, We ensure that you will always be able to communicate with our employees.

  • Do you supply the equipment and cleaning materials/products?

    Absolutely. We send top of the line equipment and Eco-Friendly cleaning products which are non toxic with virtually no odor.

  • Are your employees experienced?

    All of our employees are professionally trained in our own facilities with periodic ongoing training. We are proud to say we have team members who have been with us for over 10 years. Our cleaning teams are well-schooled about our cleaning products, how to use them and on what surfaces they are most suitable for.

  • Do you charge for travel time?

    No. We do not charge for transit time or fuel.

  • Do you carry Worker’s Compensation insurance?

    Yes.

  • Do you wash windows?

    Absolutely We offer total professional window cleaning. We do inside and outside on both single story or multiple story homes. Our services include the removal and washing of screens, cleaning the window tracks and the cleaning of the windows.

  • Do you have special promotions if I refer a friend?

    Absolutely.  We have a $25 referral offer.

  • Do you have Liability Insurance?

    Yes. We carry a $1,000,000 policy for your protection and peace of mind.

  • Do you used Eco-Friendly Cleaning products and supplies?

    Yes. All of our cleaning supplies are non-toxic, bio-degradable, environmentally safe, with very little odor.

  • Do you do commercial or business cleaning?

    Absolutely.  Cleaning hours are between 7a.m. – 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.

  • What are your normal business hours?

    We are open for business from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday thru Friday and of course later should the cleaning require more time. We do make exceptions on Saturdays for first time cleanings or initial cleanings if preferred.

  • Do you charge an hourly or flat-rate fee for cleaning?

    Our estimates are always based on a flat rate fee unless the customer’s preference is an hourly rate for a shorter period of time.

  • What are your available cleaning schedules?

    We offer scheduled appointments for Regular Cleanings on a Weekly, Bi-weekly or Monthly basis. Of course we do One-time Cleanings, Move-in, Move-out or Vacancy Cleanings anytime, including Saturdays. We do not require our customers to sign a service contract.

  • Do you have any reviews of your cleaning services from actual customers?

    Yes.  You can view our reviews HERE.  We can also provide you with additional testimonials if requested.

  • Do you have gift cards available?

    Yes we do. Please call or email us.

  • Do you hire for special events, parties or other special occasions?

    Absolutely. Please inquire for availability.

  • Do you do carpet cleaning?

    Yes. We offer professional truck mounted carpet steam extraction. Carpet cleaning takes place on the same day of initial house cleaning however we can isolate your appointment to carpet cleaning only if you prefer.
